How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with Growth features, without a credit card. Before it ends, pick a plan; if you don't, the workspace continues on the Free plan's limits.
What counts as an AI conversation?
A conversation in which the AI agent replied at least once in that calendar month, on any channel. Conversations handled only by your team or by scripted bots don't count.
What happens if I go over a limit?
When AI conversations run out, new chats go to your team or to the offline contact form until the next month, or until you upgrade.
For other limits, Billing shows what you've used and which plan includes more.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing; changes are prorated. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Euros, US dollars or British pounds. Pick one with the currency switch above the plans; annual billing shows its saving next to the toggle.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown without VAT or sales tax.
What does Enterprise include?
Custom limits, single sign-on, an SLA, a dedicated success manager and help with onboarding and migration.
