On jayform.com and in the Jayform app
We only use what the site and app need to work. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner.

Fonts and scripts are served from jayform.com itself; the pages load nothing from third parties.
On our customers' websites
Businesses that install the Jayform widget decide what it does on their sites and must tell their visitors in their own cookie and privacy notices. Depending on their settings, the widget can store:
- a visitor and conversation identifier in local storage, so a chat continues across pages (session storage only, in cookieless mode);
wf_consentandwf_cid, when the business uses the Jayform cookie banner, to remember the visitor's consent choice and record it in the consent log.
Customers can enable a cookieless mode and make the chat wait for consent.
Managing storage
You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you delete wf_sid, you'll need to sign in again.
