This policy explains how Mimosa Solutions LLC ("Mimosa", "we", "us"), the company behind Jayform, handles personal data. Contact us about privacy at privacy@jayform.com.
Two roles
- We are the controller for data about our own customers and website visitors: your account, billing, support requests and visits to jayform.com. This policy covers that data.
- We are a processor for the data our customers collect through Jayform from their visitors and contacts (chats, form submissions, bookings, contact profiles). Each customer decides how that data is used, under their own privacy notice; we process it only on their instructions, under our Data Processing Agreement. If you contacted a business that uses Jayform, please contact that business about your data.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not use Customer Data to train AI models.
Our website
jayform.com does not use analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party resources: fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. If you sign in, we set a session cookie. See the Cookie Policy.
Who processes data for us
We use service providers ("subprocessors") to run Jayform, mainly Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email, AI) and Stripe (payments). The full list, including optional AI providers that customers can choose, is on the Subprocessors page. Integrations you connect yourself (for example WhatsApp or your CRM) receive data on your instructions.
Where data is stored
Jayform runs on Cloudflare's network. Our databases and file storage are located primarily in Western Europe, while requests may be served from Cloudflare data centers near the user. Some providers are based in the United States; where personal data from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Account and workspace data: for as long as the account exists. When a workspace is deleted, its data is removed from active systems promptly and from backups within 30 days.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 10 years).
- Logs: page-view analytics 180 days, email logs 90 days, webhook delivery logs 30 days; expired sessions are deleted automatically.
- Support messages: up to 3 years after the conversation ends.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive it in a portable format. You can update most account data in Settings and delete your workspace yourself. For anything else, email privacy@jayform.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords with PBKDF2, encrypt third-party credentials (such as API keys and tokens) with AES-GCM, sign links and webhooks, rate-limit public endpoints, and limit staff access to what is needed.
Children
Jayform is a business service and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We will post updates here and, for significant changes, notify account owners by email.
